This place is quiet and away from the noise, so that part is fine. But if you need to get to the CBD for business, don't book here. The hotel is 45 km from downtown, and a cab takes two hours and costs 200 RMB one way. The subway is 6 RMB, but it still takes two hours and doesn't even get you into the CBD. Staff try to help, but sometimes can't because they don't speak or understand English. Most taxi drivers don't know where the hotel is, and most translator apps can't get the address right. They should have their own airport or hotel bus or courtesy van, so guests don't have to rely on fake taxi drivers charging double.

It's way too expensive for a typical Chinese hotel with nothing special about it. Unfortunately, it's the only option in the area.
