The room had an old, smoky smell, and the service was bad. I told reception nicely, but the person who came to 'fix' it only brought an air freshener. Do they really think that works? Honestly, this was one of the worst hotels I've stayed at. Calling themselves a '5-star' hotel is ridiculous.

The room and price were okay, and breakfast had lots of variety.

A good local 5-star hotel with a good room and an excellent breakfast, with lots of menu choices.

A comfortable place to stay, in a strategic location.

The room is really spacious, with a pantry, living room and work desk. The bed is large, firm and comfortable, and the bathroom is quite spacious too. The central lighting could be better, as the room felt a bit dark. The hotel is on a main road in a strategic location. Parking isn't very large, especially if you're travelling by bus, so park in front of the hotel. Thank you, hope this helps. Stay safe and healthy 🚭. Always helping others. Have a nice day. GBU.
