The staff were great, the room was good, and breakfast was good too.

The staff are helpful and nice, and I really liked the rooms. They're bright, with a huge bathroom, two sinks, a bathtub with an awesome view, and very comfortable beds. It's a gem of a place. I gave it four stars because the receptionists came across as very rude and spoke in an arrogant way, like they owned the place.

I was here on a business trip from the US, and the hotel was consistently clean with an extremely friendly staff. Most of them didn't speak English, but they were kind and helped me find what I needed or order from the cafe. The buffet had great food and lots of choices. The coffee cafe serves good food, though it doesn't open early.

There's also a nice hotpot restaurant here with house-brewed German beer. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very nice, in one of Chongqing's business and industrial districts in western China. All in all, a good stay.
