Yifan Hotel

We enjoyed our five-night stay. The hotel was comfortable, and the service staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had the best morning coffee. A city train station is within walking distance. There's a bus stop right in front, shopping malls both large and small nearby, and across the street there's a morning wet market with lots of local eateries. It's very convenient if you like local shops and small restaurants.

The rooms are spacious, with nice window seats, and they're well-equipped. They're arranged along two corridors serving four rows of rooms, which aren't very large but are nice. The hotel has a small frontage but rises 30 stories. It was tricky to find on Google Maps: searching "Ifanhotel" brought up nothing, and we eventually found it under "Ifhotel". The first floor is the only lobby, with guest floors 6 to 29. Floors 2 to 5 are offices, so take the elevator on the left to reach your room; the one on the right only serves the office area. There's a restaurant and a small rooftop garden on the sixth floor. The food was okay, though quite oily.
