I stayed there in 2017 in a large private room, and everything worked fine. The bathroom was great. The staff were helpful, funny, and professional, and spoke English well.

We arrived to find they'd given away the room we booked. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful, and through no fault of our own, we were left to fend for ourselves. Just awful.
