The location made exploring easy, with coffee shops, good restaurants, boutiques, and nearly all the attractions just a short walk away. Dali Old Courtyard Boutique Inn is right in the middle of Dali Old Town. We stayed in a roomy, beautifully decorated room that felt like a comfortable, luxurious place to unwind. The building is very old and has been preserved beautifully, giving the inn plenty of charm and history. The staff were friendly, genuinely kind, and helpful throughout, always making an extra effort to see that we had what we needed. It’s a lovely mix of historic character, modern comfort, and great service. I wholeheartedly recommend Dali Old Courtyard Boutique Inn, and we can’t wait to come back.

We booked five nights but left after just one. The room was small and dusty, and we had problems with the toilet. Breakfast didn't offer much variety, and the walkway to the room was narrow. The location wasn't good either. Maybe it's okay for someone travelling alone, but I wouldn't choose it for a couple.

The staff had our breakfast ready well before the usual breakfast time because we needed to catch an early train. We really appreciated that. They were friendly and attentive from check-in, and on our second night we got a complimentary room upgrade and really enjoyed the suite. We had a great time at Dali Old Yard Boutique Inn. It was clean and comfortable, with excellent service, right within Dali Ancient Town.

Breakfast was a treat, especially the porridge, and the clean, spacious room had thoughtful amenities. We stayed three nights at Dali Old Courtyard Boutique Inn, tucked away in a peaceful alley in the ancient city. The restored Bai-style courtyard keeps its traditional feel while offering modern comforts. Staff were very welcoming and went out of their way to help. They speak good English, which isn't always a given in China. With the old town so central and easy to explore, I'd recommend it to anyone after an authentic, quiet stay in Dali.

The owner was very friendly, which helped make our time in Dali memorable. This traditional house has the amenities needed for a comfortable, relaxing stay. Set in the heart of Dali Ancient City, the Boutique Inn is a great base, with everything worth exploring within an easy stroll.
