This was the worst Holiday Inn Express I’ve stayed in. There was mold around the bathtub, the kettle leaked, and the door frame was poorly fitted so the door wouldn’t close and lock properly. The bathroom blind was stuck, floor tiles were loose, the plug cover had come off, and the balcony door was faulty. The anti-slip mat was also too big for the bathtub.
