Spring Hotel

We stayed for a week in September 2024. The bed linen was yellowish and clearly not fresh, but what happened on our departure night was too much. We were told the sheets were dirty and that we had to pay 140 yuan or wash them ourselves. A throat candy had fallen on a pillow, and there were marks from paint from my head after we’d been ill and sweating at night. We washed the sheets ourselves in 10 minutes with regular soap, and the marks came out. A machine would certainly have managed too. They should have told us about this earlier, not at night when we needed to pack our bags. There were other problems we might have been willing to overlook: the TV didn’t work, the air conditioner was terribly dusty and dirty, the windows were black with grime, and there was no refrigerator or safe.
