Carrie Wang, the manager at the 4 Seasons in Dalian, made a real difference to our family’s stay. She went above and beyond, and the service from everyone was great. The rooms are beautiful and very new, too. Staff were friendly and spoke English very well. For foreigners visiting Dalian, I’d say this is the best hotel.
