I mentioned at check-in that I might need to extend my stay, then completely forgot to tell the hotel. The staff member remembered and asked me about it at breakfast this morning. That kind of personal service impressed me. Superb service, well done!

We stayed at the Holiday Inn from July 16th to 23rd, 2025, and want to thank the management and staff. We’ve stayed in many cities in China and elsewhere, and this hotel is beyond reproach. It’s conveniently located, and the rooms are large and clean, with wide, soft beds. The shower was spacious and the plumbing worked. The hairdryer, towels, slippers, and toiletries were provided, with towels, slippers, and toiletries changed daily. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, the food was regularly replenished, and the coffee was delicious. It’s the only hotel with a small shop in the lobby where prices are reasonable. The laundry room on the second floor was a great plus: after the water park, we washed and dried our clothes for 20 yuan. The third-floor gym had everything needed, including a sink, towels, and water. Thank you, and we wish you prosperity!
