The spa and restaurant were both really nice, and I’d especially recommend the hotel for a business trip. My room had everything I needed and was very comfortable. In winter it can get a bit too warm, so I had to open a window when I arrived. The staff were pleasant and especially helpful once I could explain what I needed, though the service isn’t really geared toward tourists or foreign visitors.

Breakfast through dinner, the food was lovely and felt top quality. The hotel and its rooms were great, with very good service too. The area was quiet and felt very secure, even walking alone at night.

I was treated well by the attentive staff, and the breakfast and dinner choices were excellent. Xiangyi Hotel is top-class, probably one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had.
