There was no hot water in the bathroom, and the air conditioning wasn't working.

The price is very reasonable for this standard of hotel. Inside, the decor is tasteful, the facilities in the room feel new, and everything was clean with good soundproofing. Breakfast was especially generous, with plenty of local dishes. It's very good value.

We stayed in 2017, and the price was very reasonable. The window view wasn't much to look at, but the rooms were clean, spacious, and the hotel itself made a strong impression. Breakfast was much better and more varied than we expected. Only one staff member spoke English and made some effort to help. For most things we needed a phone translator, plus plenty of patience and persistence, but we did get everything sorted out in the end. I have only positive things to say about the hotel.
