Bosi Hotel

The rooftop suite was very reasonably priced and had an outdoor terrace with a good view. The rooms are nice, the beds are comfortable, and the hotel is great value. Staff speak little English since most guests are Chinese, but a translation app on your phone can easily sort out issues. There's a good restaurant about 100 yards away called The Link, owned by 2 UK people. They make a nice English Breakfast. I heard they also do great hamburgers if you want Western food, though I only went for breakfast and coffee and didn't try them. I plan to stay at this excellent hotel whenever I visit Qingxi.

Jordan, the manager, was awesome, and I'll be back and encourage my colleagues to stay here. The hotel is clean and comfortable, with a very nice room. Breakfast is small but solid, with Western and Asian choices. I occasionally noticed a faint cigarette smell in places where it shouldn't have been, but it was rare and not a concern. The bed was a bit too firm, and there was no VPN connection like you'd find at other China hotels. Internet was generally a little slow too. Those are minor issues, and I had an excellent experience.

The breakfast here was the best, the staff were nice enough, and it was clean and cheap in USD. Great hotel, and I'd recommend it to anyone visiting. There are no more escort services, since the local government shut them down a couple of years ago.
