Friendly, attentive staff, and the location is right in the city center, near Wanda shopping mall and plenty of restaurants and shops. This is a 5-star hotel in Houjie town. The room was bigger and newer than the one at Sheraton hotel.

From 11/25/24 to 11/27/24, I stayed in the elite room, which was beautiful and felt like my own home. Everyone I dealt with, from reception to housekeeping, treated me professionally. At checkout, they even arranged a ride to the train station. I'd recommend trying the hotel at least once if you can afford it.

The food is varied and delicious, and the rooms are very spacious. It's a nice, functional hotel. The one downside is that the staff's English is limited.

The location is good, very close to Wanda shopping center, and the room is quite spacious. But the furniture is somewhat damaged, and the hotel seems overdue for renovations. The air con smells mouldy, and there was dust on many surfaces. The bed was generally clean, though the mattress felt too soft and thin. The shower has great water pressure, but the hardware is all rusted. Charging was inconvenient: the digital clock had two slow USB ports but no type C charging, and the PowerPoint outlets were far from the bed. Even 3 star hotels in china have this convenience. I also felt the staff could use more hospitality training. They didn't explain the hotel services very well, and breakfast at the hotel was really bad and slow. Hope this helps.

Breakfast had plenty of choices and tasted good. Getting to the shopping mall is an easy 10-minute walk, and both the hotel and the room felt spacious. The service was great too, staff greeted me with smiles, called the lift, and opened the door for me.
