The staff were lovely, especially at the front desk, where they were very accommodating with our requests. Breakfast worked well for me as a vegetarian too, with bread, buns, fruit, and vegetables. A very good place to stay.

Hi, this is RK from India. It was my first trip to China for business, and Ramada felt like the right place to stay. The hospitality was healthy and welcoming, and I felt at home. It was clean and hygienic, and the food was manageable for Indians. Friendly, kind-hearted, safe, and secure.

I found Encore Hotel a sensible base for work in Dongguan. I’d stayed in Shenzhen and Guangzhou before, but my current job is mostly here, and the location suited my travel plans, with Bao'an Airport (Shenzhen) nearby and Guangzhou not too far away. The rooms were clean, service was steady, and the staff friendly. Breakfast had only a few choices, though, and could use some improvement. The delivery robot was a fun novelty for me, since that kind of thing isn’t common in Vietnam. Thanks to the hotel for the pleasant experiences and for showing me a bit about professional service. I may stay at Encore again on a future business trip.
