The VIP suite made for a relaxing stay, with loads of space. The pool was well maintained and the gym facilities were good. There are meeting halls and an office station, with support crews available as well. Continental food is available, and the hospitality and service were excellent. The city is very good, and there's a shopping mall next to the hotel.

The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices, though the self-service coffee machine, with several options, was only passable for me and not ideal if you love coffee. The second-floor restaurant was good but expensive. The lobby bar was always empty, with cold beer and other drinks available, also at high prices. I was satisfied with my stay overall, and Wanda Plaza next door is a very nice mall with lots of good restaurants on the third floor. I spent about two weeks at the Wanda Realm in Dongying. My Deluxe Room was nicely furnished, clean, and had a very comfortable king bed. The Wi-Fi could be terribly slow sometimes and adequate at other times. The walls are thin, as others have said, so loud guests in other rooms were audible on and off. Staff speak limited English, and it could be hard to get my point across without Chinese. A few times the front desk had to call someone with stronger English skills. It wasn't awful, though. Dongying isn't a major city with many foreigners, so I tried to stay flexible and patient.
