The breakfast was decent, with mostly local dishes and good coffee. The hotel is outside the Old Town, but they offer a free car ride to and from the Red Bridge entrance. The river views are lovely, and the public spaces have beautiful decor. Our room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of space, good bedding, a nice shower, and tea and coffee. It also had a balcony with a bathtub and a sofa bench where we could sit and look out at the river. Robes, slippers, bottled water, and fruit were provided.

We had a roomy family suite with three beds for four people. The hotel was lovely and peaceful in the morning, and there's a costume shop downstairs for anyone who wants period-style photos nearby. The agent called it the best hotel in Feng Huang Ancient City. They also provide a short car ride to the ancient pedestrian town, where the shops and entertainment are.

We only stayed one night, but the room was spotless and had a small balcony. The location worked really well, right by the river but away from the noisy stretch. The bathroom had everything we needed, and there were free water and apples in the fridge for guests. Breakfast was good, though it was Chinese food with very few vegetarian options, and nothing was translated into English. I'd happily come back.

We liked that the hotel sits downstream, away from the busy night spot, so it stays quiet. It was clean and nicely designed, with what I think is a Zen look.

The rooms were really nice, and the service was very good. They also suggested a tour that turned out to be great.
