The front desk staff don’t understand English, so communication is a bit difficult.

This doesn’t meet Marriott standards at all. It’s our second day here, my husband and I, and the air conditioning has been a nightmare. We’re still waiting for it to work, fingers crossed, and we’ve booked until 27 Apr, so I hope they’ll give us a different room. Breakfast hasn’t been very good either. Food runs out quickly and isn’t restocked. The manager tried to help us, but if the items aren’t stocked, there’s only so much they can do. There are flies and mosquitoes in the lift and breakfast area.

For this area, I’d say it’s the best hotel. The breakfast spread was the only thing I’d complain about.

The window wouldn’t shut properly, so there was noise from cars honking below and wind hitting it. At first we thought the sound was the air conditioning. Someone came to try to fix it but couldn’t, and one worker said it was “normal” on a windy day and that at least we’d get fresh air. We asked to change rooms, but reception claimed the hotel was full. We later saw rooms available online. They sent someone to check again and the window was taped, but the crack was still there and we could still hear everything outside. Possibly the worst starred hotel I’ve stayed in.
