The room and the buffet were decent, and the hotel itself is clean and nice. Still, there are several frustrating problems. At breakfast, lots of dishes aren't labeled, so it's often hard to tell what you're eating. The gym is ridiculous for a hotel this large: just one bench and five sets of dumbbells. There's a separate room across from it with new equipment, but you can only use that gym if you pay a personal trainer from a third party company. The bathroom layout is awkward too. The shower and toilet open straight onto the hallway, and when you step out of the shower dripping wet, the hall gets wet. The toilet area has only a glass door with gaps, not a full sized door to separate it from the hallway. At night, I pulled the lamp cord to switch it off and it snapped. I couldn't turn the light off, so I had to take out my key card to cut all the room's electricity. The lamp feels cheaply made.
