2/10
The location works well, with a mall across the road, but I’d look at the other nearby hotels. The customer service was terrible, and my stay was a very poor experience. I’ve stayed at plenty of Hiltons, so this one was a disappointment. No surprise the Hilton App has a low rating.

10/10
The rooms were spacious and well kept, with comfortable beds and amenities included at no extra cost. I also found the staff friendly and attentive, and the hotel itself was modern and clean. There’s a pool and what the hotel describes as world-class dining, too. It’s in a convenient part of Foshan, Guangzhou, and I’d highly recommend staying here if you want a comfortable visit you’ll remember.

Lovely breakfast, great staff, and a clean, comfortable place in a good location.

4/10
I was happy with the location and service, especially with a mall right across the street. But there were cockroaches, which shouldn’t happen in a hotel. I’m Chinese and know they’re common, but this was my first time seeing them in a hotel.

8/10
The location suited me, with a mall just across the road for food. My room was spacious and clean, and the service was decent. I had a few small issues as a foreigner ordering Taobao items to the hotel, some of which could be annoying, but the staff were patient and helped me out.
