The apartment didn’t have enough elevators, and during busy hours we waited 15-20 minutes just to get down to the lobby. The accommodation itself was fine, but the hot spring staff were extremely rude and poor at their jobs. They treated us like we had no business asking questions, then started yelling and telling us not to interfere with their work. It was a thoroughly unpleasant experience. The shuttle buses between places come only about once an hour. When I asked staff in the hot spring lobby when the next one would arrive, nobody knew. I asked for a phone number and they gave me some random number, then acted as though I was asking them to eat shit. After I called ten times with no answer, a staff member surnamed Cui and a manager surnamed Xin said, "I've already called for you, what more do you want?" Is that the service guests should expect? Is this how managers at such a large hot spring hotel treat people?

It’s an apartment-style hotel close to the conference center, and it’s relatively new and clean. Breakfast is served here for guests. You’ll need a shuttle bus to get to the other attractions.
