The location made it easy to get to nearby attractions and restaurants, and the hotel was accessible for people with mobility needs. I also found the free Wi-Fi, room service, fitness center, and self-service laundromat useful, especially for longer stays or anyone wanting to freshen up their clothes. The room was spacious and well kept, with the amenities I needed. I slept soundly in a very comfortable bed, and the bathroom was clean with high-quality toiletries. Breakfast was a highlight too, with lots of fresh, tasty choices, whether you wanted something light or a hearty meal. From arrival, the staff made me feel welcome and did their best to make my stay comfortable. Check-in was quick, and the lobby felt warm and inviting. I had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back. If you're after a comfortable hotel with a good location, thoughtful amenities, and excellent service, I'd highly recommend it.

The room was clean, with all the amenities, and service was good. Staff came when I asked and helped with cleaning and support. It was easy to get around, and the lifts were good. Breakfast was average for international guests, though probably fine for local tastes. The money issue was awful. After I checked out, they charged me more than the cost of my stay or took extra money, and they wouldn't return it. Customer care was the worst: nobody knew English, and they didn't have international transaction support.

The bathroom stood out for how spotless it was, and the shower had strong water pressure. The rooms were clean too, and the staff were friendly and polite. I'd stay at Ado Hotel again if I get the chance to visit Shunde.
