The room itself was alright, but I wasn't convinced it was clean. The slippers had orange marks, and there were grey stains on the bed. The shower glass turns see-through when wet, so keep that in mind. The sink sits very low, and water runs into the toilet area when you open the shower door. Breakfast was exactly the same throughout my four-day stay, just moved around. I didn't get to use the pool. The gym was small, with rusty equipment. Getting to the room also meant changing elevators from the lobby, which was a hassle when I was in a hurry. The room service robot was pretty cool, and anything I asked for arrived within a few minutes.

We were there for three nights, and the room was comfortable and clean. The staff were easy to approach, friendly and helpful. They also acted quickly on the feedback we gave and sorted the issue out. We had a very pleasant stay.

Swissotel Foshan is in Chancheng district, occupying the top 15 floors of the 50-storey Foshan International Plaza. It stands out as a city landmark, with wide views over Foshan. Zumiao Subway Station and the Foshan Ancestral Temple are both a short walk away, and Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport is around an hour's drive.

This was my second time staying at swissotel, and I'm glad I came back. The staff were so welcoming. Miss Rose Huang deserves a special thank you for all her help. Thanks, swissotel foshan. We'll be back soon.

The staff were really helpful, and I had a great experience. I also liked the location and service. My room was excellent, clean, and tidy, and breakfast had lots of good options.
