8/10
It's centrally located, with comfortable beds, a nice shower, and a Western toilet. The hotel is beautiful, and breakfast was nice, though there was no tea or juice with it. We heard odd construction noises at night and could hear the person upstairs moving things around. The TV only had cable, with no English-language channels or movie options for foreign guests.
