The Lakeside Hotel’s location by the lake was lovely, and 3 Lanes and 7 Alleys was about a 20-minute walk away. We went there several times. The hotel also had a playroom for children and a stroller guests could borrow. We spent a week here on a recent trip to Fuzhou to adopt our son, and the staff were kind and accommodating throughout. Our room was spotless and beautiful, with a comfortable bed. The hotel has been renovated recently, so some Google photos are out of date. Breakfast was amazing, with a wide selection of Chinese and American food, and we also enjoyed a delicious meal at the fancy Chinese restaurant inside the hotel. It made our stay very comfortable, and I highly recommend it. Thank you, Lakeside Staff!

The room was very clean and the service was good, but I didn’t like that smoking and non-smoking rooms were mixed together. The restaurant food felt a little dull. I also thought it was worth checking in for a couple of days.
