SCAM ALERT! I've been an Accor platinum member for years, and this was the worst hotel I've stayed at. About 20 of us were here on business from 6 Aug to 8/9 Aug 2025. Accor's website listed my room as 38m sq, but the one I was given seemed closer to 16m sq. Reception said the website information was wrong. One colleague couldn't check in until 7pm because they had to wait for the current guest to leave. The only explanation was, "We are full house". The hotel didn't apologize at all. Shocking. This place really damages Accor's image. We won't be back.

The rooms were comfortable, and the staff were pretty friendly. The location was fine too. But our rooms faced the front, and the noise was constant, with honking cars at all hours and construction. I'd suggest asking for a room that doesn't face the front. Breakfast wasn't bad, though the flavors weren't to my taste. I couldn't stomach the hard cereal, and the fried udon was hard too, with some of it tasting undercooked.

The room was comfortable, clean, and tidy. The bathroom door needs some improvement.
