Yourcity Hotel

The location opposite a mall can be handy. The buffet is pleasant and aimed at local tastes, but when food or drinks run out, they aren’t replenished, especially the drinks. International travelers, beware. Customer service is basically nonexistent, and they don’t seem to have a system for running a place like this or helping international guests. It looks new, and they’re pushing the “massage chair in each room” angle, but the attitude feels like you’ve paid, so just deal with it. Smoking happens everywhere on every floor, including the lobby, hallways, and all the rooms, so people with asthma or allergies have been warned. MLS holidays (Malaysia) lists it as one of their “4 star hotels,” but it isn’t. I’d put it at 2-3 stars at best.
