The room was spacious and comfortable for the price, and the hotel is quiet, with lovely lake views, complete facilities, and service that was acceptable. It seems like a good place for events. I asked the kitchen to make vegetarian food, and it was fresh and delicious. Getting online was frustrating. The Wi-Fi was hard to connect to and asked for a mainland China mobile number to register. WeChat was an alternative, but practically useless. I arrived at the basement lobby at 10:30 pm and found it locked. There were no streetlights or signs along the way, which was terrifying. I had to ask someone and learned there was a staircase to a blue-lit skybridge leading to the second-floor lobby.

The lakeside setting is nice and peaceful, but getting around is somewhat inconvenient. There aren’t many shops nearby either.
