During my five-day stay, the power went out twice. They put up a "Do Not Disturb" sign after check-in, yet staff still came in and even left the balcony door open. I have to wonder if the neighborhood is really that safe. There's a place in Hokkaido next door that I could stay in! 😂

The owner was smoking in the lobby, and this felt like a very low-class hotel. I stayed four nights, with the power going out multiple times. The rooms weren't properly cleaned, and they didn't even lock the doors. A terrible hotel.
