We were able to check in early, and the reception staff and everyone else were friendly and helpful. The service was hard to find elsewhere. One issue, the Google location doesn't seem accurate. It showed me somewhere different from where I actually was at the hotel, possibly because construction changed the area.

A nice, relaxing resort for unwinding and recharging. The service was excellent, and it felt family friendly too ☝️

I've been back several times, and each visit has been great. The lounges, hot springs, rooms, and restaurants are all very nice, and I liked the villas too. It's the best hotel I've ever stayed at, with nothing I can fault.

The service stood out for its attention to detail and quick responses, and the food was very good. The hotel is a little dated, but it's very good for a rural spot like this in China. A special place to get away and enjoy the hot springs.
