A horrible experience at what I think is the worst resort in China. The staff were extremely rude, and the rooms were outdated and smelled bad. You have to wear a cap in the swimming pool. I don't recommend this resort at all.

The breakfast buffet staff need proper training and a much better sense of how to treat guests. Respect is something they really need to work on. Choosing this hotel was such a disappointment.

A rare luxury hotel in the Panyu area, with excellent service. The room felt five-star, and the bedding and pillows were good.

The bed was huge, and the service was genuinely good, with polite staff who responded quickly to what guests needed. Too bad breakfast ends at 10 AM.
