At level 3 there's a karaoke nightclub with ladies available on call. The front desk doesn't speak English, and the basement gym feels like a dungeon with just one dumbbell. The toilet seat was dirty, there was a cookie on the floor, and cockroaches were everywhere.

The hotel was so-so. The area felt seedy, with lots of massage parlors nearby. Within walking distance there isn't much beyond a small shopping center, a cinema, and little shops selling snacks.

Pretty old place, and the TV wasn't set up. Fine for a layover, but I couldn't stay here long.

Ginstar restaurant next door is the only upside. The hotel says it's worth four stars, but it really isn't. The rooms weren't clean, the bathroom pipes were rusting, tiles were falling off the wall, and the beds were hard as stone. Don't stay here.

The rooms are really large for a Chinese hotel, and there's even a burger place in the building where lots of foreigners meet. It's a nice hotel, close to the river and a fair.
