The team were friendly and efficient throughout, and Shirley and Evan made check-in and check-out easy. They arranged a child-sized pillow, gathered our parcels each day, and even tracked down deliveries that had gone to another building. I loved the space and location, and would stay here again on a future Guangzhou trip.

Your Google Maps location is way off. Who's managing it? At the pool, Vincent was welcoming and understanding, so five stars for him. The woman handling pool check-in was strict about small details that didn't matter while I was sunbathing and my family was just looking around, not swimming. One star for her.

Celine and Camon took great care of us, thank you. The staff service was great, and the hotel was clean. It's near a subway station and Guangzhou's important landmarks. I'm very happy I visited and found it a good place to stay.

The location is hard to beat, right by the metro, beside a shopping mall, and surrounded by Chinese restaurants, from traditional places to modern ones, including some automated restaurants. Trying the self-service option was fun. The hotel also has a large convention center, traditional restaurants, and a breakfast buffet with lots of Western choices. Our room was comfortable and cleaned daily, with cozy bedding and a fantastic shower. The staff were attentive, polite, and kind. Thanks to Stella and the team for leaving a birthday cake in my room. It made my day, and those little gestures matter. A few things could be better. The minibar sits in a closed cabinet without ventilation, so it gets quite warm. The hallway scent on at least the 5th floor was too strong and could bother people with allergies, though I didn't notice it in the lobby or other shared areas. A gentler fragrance would suit the hotel better. The Wi-Fi signal was also quite poor. For a country with China's level of technology, that was disappointing, and they should improve the number or placement of routers. I really enjoyed the comfortable room, location, and caring team, and I'd stay again.
