My friend suddenly became very ill with severe food poisoning during our stay, and a housekeeper noticed and checked on her with real concern. She kept an eye on the situation and helped contact the duty manager, Manfred. He came right away with first-aid supplies and reassured us we could call anytime. I didn’t get the housekeeper’s name, but I’m very grateful for her kindness and attention. Later that evening, my friend fainted and fell in the bathroom, injuring her eyebrow and head. I called the hotel again, and Manfred responded immediately. He brought a wheelchair, arranged transport, and personally helped us get to the hospital. He stayed with us and continued helping during the visit. When we got back later that night, Manfred checked on us again. There was a small fruit plate, chocolates, and a handwritten card wishing my friend a speedy recovery in the room. It was such a thoughtful gesture. This felt like genuine care, not just routine service. Thank you to Manfred, the housekeeper, and the whole team for their professionalism, compassion, and sincere hospitality. We’ll always remember their kindness.

The staff really stood out during my Dec 4-10, 2025 stay at Fraser Suites Guangzhou. After checkout, I realized I’d left important documents in the room. They found everything quickly and immediately coordinated delivery to the airport, turning a stressful problem into a smooth one. Their efficiency, professionalism, and genuine care were impressive. The property was spotless, comfortable, and well equipped with great facilities. I’d highly recommend it and will definitely stay again.

My family member fell seriously ill during our stay, and the hotel team supported us with real urgency and compassion. The Duty Manager and Manfred arranged transport to the hospital at 4am, reassured us, and followed up afterward. Their quick response and kindness made a huge difference during a stressful time, and we’re deeply grateful for their empathy and dedication. The staff made our stay at Fraser Suites Guangzhou feel especially welcoming. Everyone we met was friendly and went out of their way to help. Flay at the front desk gave us a warm, efficient check-in, patiently answered our questions, and offered useful directions and recommendations. His service set a great tone for the trip. Getting around and finding food was easy. The hotel connects directly to a shopping mall and is a short walk from popular spots like Grandview Plaza and Fashion Tianhe. We had all sorts of eateries and restaurants right nearby, from quick bites to sit-down meals. The location puts you right in the middle of things. It’s a great mix of convenience and heartfelt service, and we can’t wait to return.

The location in Tianhe made getting to Taikoo Hui and several other major malls really easy. Breakfast had plenty of tasty choices, and there’s an indoor kids’ play area right next to it. The rooms were spacious, well kept, and affordable, and the staff were friendly. I was honestly amazed by the stay. Fraser’s Suites was so good I’m tempted to come back to Guangzhou just for it.
