At $75 a night, finding cockroaches in the room and a towel with a hole in it felt disrespectful and ruined my stay. The room and view were acceptable, but the hygiene and upkeep were unacceptable.

Room WiFi was far too weak and slow, and there was no weighing scale for guests to check their luggage weight. Those seem like basic hotel services.
