Fuhao Hotel

There was a dead cockroach in the dining room where we ate breakfast. The rooms were very old and dusty, with stains all over the toilet. We’d already booked online, so had no choice but to stay. You can imagine the rest. If you know what I mean, you’d be better off sleeping in your car.

The staff were the best, especially Madam ZOEY, who was friendly, caring, helpful, and attentive to everything we needed. The reception staff were also very friendly and even booked a Didi for us. We stayed seven days in a room on the 14th floor, with a big window and automatic curtains. It had two large beds, a mini fridge, TV, kettle, mugs, and a strong hot water shower. Each day they brought bottled water, tea, shampoo, body wash, toothbrushes, a comb, shower cap, fresh towels, and room slippers. Housekeeping was very good every day, and breakfast was good. The hotel is on the main road with a 7-Eleven underneath, and Famous Beijing Street is within walking distance. I’d honestly recommend staying here.

The location is the one good thing. The room didn’t look like the advertised pictures, which was frustrating, and I hated the wires hanging by the TV. It wasn’t particularly big or small. Might suit someone who just needs a place to sleep and shower, but I didn’t find it comfortable for spending the day there.

The location is okay, but the hotel is really old and dirty. I wouldn’t stay here again.
