The rooms are quite spacious and contemporary, and the hotel is nice and clean. The car park staff, though, are rude and stupid.

Shopping and dining are close by, which made the location really convenient. The staff were very friendly, especially the Front Desk Manager.

The large, attractive room and the hotel's location were good, and the Wi-Fi worked very well. Still, the stay had some real problems. Room 1908 had broken air conditioning, then room 1903 had such a strong sewage smell that it felt hazardous at night. The non-smoking floor didn't seem to be enforced: people were smoking, and the smell got into both the hall and our room. That's really unpleasant if you can't tolerate cigarette smoke. Breakfast was good, though the same dishes got tiresome over a long stay. Most staff spoke only Chinese, and the others did their best, so bring a translator. Download a VPN before entering the country, because otherwise the Wi-Fi won't work at all. There's a very large mall next door, and reception can arrange a taxi when you want to go out.

The views were spectacular, and there was a park nearby for running or exercise. The breakfast restaurant had a delicious, varied selection. The facilities felt luxurious, and the hotel was practically new in 2018.
