We had a family room with a big bed for each of us, and the room was spacious and comfortable. There was a full-size fridge and a kitchenette, though no pots or pans were there, so maybe you have to request them. The microwave had no plate at first, but they changed it after we asked. We couldn't really control the A/C: when we changed the temperature, it switched itself back, though it was fine. The bathroom setup was a little inconvenient because bathing is only on the second level. The water heater lasts just 20 minutes, then needs another 20 minutes to heat up. The washing machine was faulty. I don't know if it had been broken for a long time or whether they planned to replace it, but we expected to use it and were disappointed. They kindly offered laundry service, which we had to hang dry ourselves, but the first night made the situation uncomfortable. After I sent a laundry request on WeChat, a young woman returned about an hour later with our washed clothes. I thanked her, but she stopped me from closing the door, blocked it with her hand, and insisted I give a 5-star Trip.com review, saying, “i need to snap a photo afterwards”. I felt threatened and confused. It didn't feel safe to have a staff member or stranger blocking the doorway to get a review, especially on our first night. We still had three nights left and expected to have laundry done, so it made things awkward. The Trip.com review doesn't appear until checkout, either. They gave us only four bottles of water, which didn't feel like enough. When I asked for more, she said anything over six bottles per day would be charged. We found that ridiculous, since we used the bottled water for drinking and cooking. Don't set your expectations for the condo too high and your stay may be more pleasant. Tip: on the 27th floor there are lots of home-based businesses, like massage, hair styling, and makeup.
