The restaurant staff were nice, and the room itself was okay, but breakfast had fewer choices than at the other hotel I used on the way to Europe. That hotel had great service, lots of shops and things to do nearby, and I had a room to myself. I wish I'd stayed there again. I wasn't impressed by the service here. My airline had arranged this hotel as part of my flight, but reception said Chinese law meant I could have only half a room, so I would have to share or pay extra. I couldn't find anything online about that law or any information from the airline. I think they were simply trying to make money from foreigners. The reception staff were extremely rude, especially the manager. She spoke no English, yelled, and behaved in a way I found shocking. There was reconstruction downstairs, which made the place noisy and dusty. The area wasn't very nice, with hardly anything around. I absolutely can't recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant stay.

The location worked well, near both Baiyun International Airport and a metro station. My room was clean and very comfortable, and breakfast had plenty of variety. Some staff couldn't speak English.

This was a great stopover at a China Southern transit hotel. The front desk girls were wonderful and super helpful, and the breakfast was included and good. My room was very clean and the air conditioning worked well. There's a bank ATM right next door. I'd suggest using Apple Maps instead of Google Maps to get around.

The room was clean, which I appreciated, and they also provided a great buffet breakfast. The airline put us up here for free during our layover.
