I only managed to stay two nights of my three-night booking. The balcony door wouldn’t lock, and other reviews showed that guests had reported the same problem as far back as January. I stayed in April, and it still hadn’t been repaired. I felt unsafe and skipped the first night. On the final night, they fixed the door without telling me. When I asked for a refund for the night I couldn’t stay, they refused. The staff were very poor and seemed to take no responsibility. I’m furious and deeply disappointed I had to deal with them. If you’re thinking of booking here, think twice. There are plenty of hotels with much better service. 😡

We were in a two-level room for five, on the 24th floor, for 5,000 rubles a night. We’d booked a room for four even though there were only two of us. The city view and balcony were nice, and we liked the location. There were two minimarkets downstairs, and the square was about 10-15 minutes away. The beds were quite different: the one downstairs was hard like wood, while the upstairs one was soft, though its bedding rustled a lot. The room felt dated, and the shower had limescale as usual. Water, slippers, toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner, and even a hair mask were supplied. We got into the apartment remotely with a password for the electronic lock. We spoke to the owner on WeChat, and the automatic translator worked fine, though its translations were funny. To reach the exit and elevators, we had to ask the security guard to open the turnstile. It was okay for one night. Next time I’d try a different location.
