Guangzhou Tianhe Guangshun Hotel

The hotel is close to town, but after two days I left for another place. My room was dirty and dusty, and even after asking for it to be cleaned, it was still untouched when I came back about an hour later. It was late, so I slept there anyway. The next day I left my card and asked them to clean, but it still wasn't swept. I asked Ping to at least replace the towels, but she kept chatting on her phone and didn't listen. I waited in my room, then had to ask again before she angrily told security to change the towels. The bed sheets weren't changed. I was told the AC could only blow cold air in winter, and when I asked for help washing my clothes, they said they couldn't help. One of the two women at the front desk was friendly, but Ping was very rude, and both seemed lazy. There's no room service or help; you're on your own. I packed up and left. I advise against booking here.
