The suite Wi-Fi was very weak, and we waited around 20 minutes in line before we could check in. This hotel is old and really needs an update or major renovation. The guest room carpet and old furniture need replacing. One thing I hadn't seen before was a fixed shower head, since most have been changed to flexible ones.

The room felt very old and poorly maintained. The carpet was dusty and the table lamp was broken. Concierge service was bad, and they required an RMB 500 deposit. Maybe they were worried their things would get damaged because they're so old. Bad experience, and I won't stay again.

The room and service were OK for a road warrior, but the cigarette smell was so strong that I sometimes had trouble breathing.

The area is great for getting around by metro, finding cheap shopping, and enjoying street food. Still, I won't stay here again. I arrived at 3 AM and waited almost half an hour for help because nobody was at the concierge. My room was dark and gloomy, the bed was really hard, and the tub was dirty. I can accept an old room, but it should be clean. I couldn't find the slippers near the entrance with the other things; they were tucked between the beds. When a staff member called a taxi for me, he left without helping load my luggage.

I liked the location, with convenient transport options and restaurants nearby. The hotel is aged, though. Our suite was very dim and needs more lighting, and the carpet was old and dirty. The TV connection needs adjusting, and the hotel's Wi-Fi needs an upgrade.
