Imperial Springs

This was my second stay, and such a letdown after my first visit, when foreign staff showed me around. I brought my mum this time because she was visiting China for the first time, and the experience was awful. The resort calls itself luxurious, but the check-in guy could barely speak English. That's okay, but why not use a translation app? I was handed a card and left to figure things out. Our room only had things for one person. When I called to have the delivery brought up, they told me to come to the front desk, which requires a car to reach. I didn't have a car, and the grounds are confusing with nobody around to help. When I said I couldn't understand and showed them the app, they just grimaced. The service felt very unprofessional and, toward us, discriminating. I can't speak for other foreign guests. They've also added a separate photo studio. They chose to work with it, so I think they should take responsibility for it. The staff there kept telling me what I couldn't do, like I was in a classroom. When the pictures came, there was no politeness at all. It was basically, download them now because they'll be deleted in seven days. No greeting or thanks for using the service. The place feels old, and the staff were unprofessional. It's shocking how far this so-called luxury resort has fallen since my first visit. It was the worst experience ever, especially with my mum visiting China for the first time. I'm speechless, though I could write a book about how bad it was. Not recommended. They seem to have a fake image, like many things around here.
