The owner is friendly and helpful, but doesn't speak English. We communicated through Google Translate. The place can be tricky to find because its Google Maps location is off. On Jiaoyu Road, go into Jiuyaofang alleyway, then head to no. 3 on the right, about halfway down. Press 305 on the keypad and he'll let you in. The place is at 305 on the third floor.
