The food at the hotel restaurant tasted wonderful, and the room was beautiful, cozy, and extremely clean. I had an amazing stay. The location was very convenient, and the staff were so friendly and helpful, always greeting me with a smile. Everything felt perfectly taken care of from start to finish. It's rare to find a place where every detail is handled so well. If you're planning a trip, don't hesitate to book here. 10/10, highly recommended!

We had a wonderful experience and really enjoyed our stay at Paco Hotel Tianhe. Thank you for the excellent service, cleanliness, and friendly staff. A big thank-you as well to Touch Wild Tours and Travel Ltd Kenya for organizing our trip and making everything run so smoothly. We look forward to seeing you all again soon.

It's in a great location, and the staff are friendly. Everything was clean. I'll definitely recommend it and stay here on a future visit.

The staff really helped us when my mom left her phone in a taxi. We had no plate number or other details, but they checked the CCTV and contacted the police and driver, and we got it back. We’re grateful for that and would like to return. We stayed six nights as a family. The rooms were clean, with good daily cleaning and fresh towels and amenities. Breakfast had a small selection, but everything we tried was good, including Western and Chinese dishes, fruit, coffee, and other drinks. There are three washing machines and dryers available for free, and the staff were friendly and tried to help with a translator when English was a problem. Good value for the price.
