The location was super convenient, with famous eateries just a 5 to 20 minute walk away. Rooms were clean overall, but the one farthest from reception didn't get housekeeping every day unless we asked. On the last day, they let us leave our luggage and collect it later, and the service was good overall. You can also take free water bottles near reception. We had trouble with the room arrangements booked through trip.com. We paid different prices for a deluxe two-bed room and a cheaper business two-bedroom, and the photos showed different room types, but we were given the same type. The small windows couldn't be shut for the first two days, so we heard car horns and people from the busy street at night. Once we complained, they fixed the windows quickly that same day while we were out. The photos are confusing too. Photos 1 to 4 were business 2-bed rooms. Photos 5 to 8 also looked like business 2-bed rooms, though we'd booked one as deluxe 2-bed. Photo 9 shows the business 2-bed room when we booked, and photo 10 the deluxe 2-bed room at booking. Photos 11 and 12 show the current trip.com listings for deluxe 2-bed and business 2-bed respectively. We hope there wasn't a mistake with our booking.
