What a nightmare. The room and even the door were really outdated, with stains on the walls and tables. I got big bed bites, and the rough, hard bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on. The safety deposit box didn't work. The bathroom had been renovated and was actually very nice, but the shower head was broken and water kept coming out at the bottom. The staff didn't know English at all. Check-in was at 6pm, which was horrible. How outdated can they get? At least make it 4pm. I'll never stay at this horrible hotel again.

The room service was great, and breakfast was delicious. My room felt luxurious, with plenty of space and a spacious bathroom, plus a lovely view out the window. There was a kettle for making tea and a fridge. The internet was only moderate.

For a mid-range hotel, the lobby could be cleaner.
