I contacted Agoda and tried calling the hotel, but nobody answered. I don't need help, but I want it noted that an advertised service should be available and the phone should be answered. The directions for getting there on foot could also be clearer. Walking isn't the same as the six-minute drive, especially as a foreigner in China. I've seen this mentioned in several other reviews this year. I'll be out of pocket, but that feels safer than trying to reach the hotel on my own.

The toilet had a strong smell that needs attention, and the room arrangements were a mess. I had booked a double room, but they gave me a triple room and insisted it was mine even after I pointed out the mistake. I accepted it and had changed to get into bed by 2:30 a.m. when someone knocked and said there was a problem with the room, so I had to pack up and move to a double. Just as I was ready to sleep again, someone knocked at 3 a.m. to check the room. Why? I was exhausted by all this.

Really dirty, the worst hotel. Please don't stay here, thanks.

The room smelled of smoke and was so dirty I couldn't sleep. They offer a free shuttle, but the front desk never replied or explained how to get it.
