The front desk staff were very nice, and the shuttle was ready when we asked for it the next day. We only needed a triple room for our layover between Australia and the UK with China Southern. It had no window, but that was fine, and there were tea facilities and slippers. The bedding seemed clean, though the room itself wasn't. There was no food available, so we wandered out to a local restaurant. The hotel is far from the tourist areas, and nobody spoke English, which isn't a criticism since we were in China. Although the hotel offers a shuttle, it's at least a 15-20 minute drive from the airport, despite its name suggesting otherwise. The bathroom had a terrible sewer smell that got worse when we ran the tap or flushed, so even after a long flight we chose not to shower. The smell and cleanliness were bad enough that I cancelled our return booking.

We were there for one night on a China Southern stopover. The service was nice and the room was clean, but the windows wouldn't shut properly, so mosquitoes kept biting us all night.
