There's a lot here for families, including toys and collectibles, separate spaces for Pokemon products, and Pokemon games and trading events. The Oceanarium has live marine creatures, while the African ‘Safari’ has stuffed, life-sized specimens from the grasslands. Food and other retail areas are set aside on the basement and upper floors, though they're hard to find and none of the food really stands out. When I wanted some calm with pastries, coffee, or gelato, The Baker’s King on the ground floor was an oasis for a tired shopper. This mall is huge and confusing, with a layout that seems designed to keep visitors inside and make finding an exit difficult. Shop after shop competes for attention, and all that sensory stimulation can get fatiguing. Benlai Benlai, China's answer to Uniqlo, has racks of clothes and accessories in fashionable colours, but it dwarfs the independent labels, and for me the urge to buy gave way to sensory overload. I find the place better for browsing than shopping. I'm not in a hurry to return, though plenty of people will find some excitement here.
